Hello, my name is Kaye Fulton and would like to welcome you to the Briggs Realty Group website.
Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been a resident of Rock County my entire life. I married my high school sweet heart and together we raised 3 wonderful children and 4 grandchildren. I love to work! Real Estate has always been more than a career, it is a passion for me to help people who want to buy or sell a property. It's a personal commitment to make your Real Estate experience and enjoyable one.
I joined the Briggs Realty Group because of their INTEGRITY and TRADITION and it all starts with a PERSONAL COMMITMENT. A commitment to it's customers and clients to give them the most updated resources available in today's market.
34 years as a full time Realtor. Over 75% of my business each year comes from personal referrals and past clients and customers.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). The ABR designation is earned through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and identifies those real estate agents who have demonstrated a serious commitment to the practice of buyer agency. Agents with the ABR designation have received professional training above and beyond the minimum requirements for licensing and are committed to providing top level service.
Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). The GRI designation acknowledges Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license.
Kaye is active with the Rock Green Realtors Association as well as the Janesville Elks Lodge. The Elks are an organization which does a lot of charity work for children and the Veterans.
